Teamline, has been providing sporting goods equipment and apparel to team custom- ers in the Dallas Metroplex since 1999. Joining the BSN team are Craig Farmer, Brent Parker, Tim Stockard and Scott Mudd, along with other Teamline staff. "Teamline has an incred- ible sales force with deep industry relationships, stellar employees and a customer- first approach and I am confident that equipping our sales force with BSN's innovative selling tools and technology will be in the best interests of our sales profes- sionals and our customers," says Charles Anderson, Teamline's founder. Cliff Keen Adds Coon Cliff Keen Athletic has entered into a marketing and athlete endorsement deal with United States Men's 130 KG Greco Roman and 125 KG Freestyle Wrestler Adam Coon. Coon, who trains with the Cliff Keen Wrestling Club at the Michigan RTC in Ann Arbor, will be a prominent fixture in Cliff Keen's brand marketing and advertising to the wrestling market. Coon joins Cliff Keen after his performance at the recent U.S. World Team Trials and Final X, where he captured first place in Greco Roman, defeating 2016 Olympian Robby Smith. Adam took second at Final X, the 125KG Freestyle finals. A two- time NCAA Heavyweight runner up, the Fowlerville, Michigan native will travel extensively this year, com- peting at the UWW (United World Wrestling) World Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Project High Five Launches An online community called Project High Five (PH5) has launched with the goal of helping keep boys and girls engaged in team sports longer. The site works through parent and volunteer coach education, online community building and easy-to-access tools and resources aimed at keeping kids engaged in sports. Project High Five provides curated age-appropriate content and discussions orga- nized by sport. It also works as a survival guide for par- ents, a resource for coaches and a community for people who are passionate about team sports. Project High Five currently aggregates original, existing and user- generated studies, articles, videos and practice plans in a dozen team sports into a centralized feed curated and tagged for appropriate sport, age, skill level and topic by a team of professional athletes. Getzlaf Renews With Zamst Zamst has renewed its partnership with Anaheim Ducks captain, Ryan Getzlaf for a fourth consecutive year. Getzlaf is a three-time NHL All-Star player, 2007 Stanley Cup winner, 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics gold medalist and 2016 World Cup Champion. Since part- nering with Zamst in 2015, Getzlaf has capitalized on the importance that bracing and compression products play in preventing injury and promoting recovery after workouts and games. n Two Dealers To Enter Sporting Goods Hall of Fame Two of the most well-respected team dealers in America have been elected to the Sporting Goods Hall of Fame. Bob Dickman, of BSN Sports, and Ronny Flowers, of Athletic Supply, will join the more than 160 retailers, team dealers, manufacturers and industry influencers who have preceded them as Hall of Fame inductees. The Hall of Fame dinner and induction will be held May 21, 2019, at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA, site of the 55th Annual NSGA Management Conference & 21st Annual Team Dealer Summit. • Dickman began his career in the sporting goods industry at a very early age, at Kesslers Sport Shop in Richmond, IN, following in the footsteps of his father, Sporting Goods Industry Hall of Fame honoree (1995) Cliff Dickman. Kesslers was acquired by Collegiate Pacific (now BSN Sports) in 2004 and Dickman currently serves as senior VP at BSN. Dickman also served as chairman of the NSGA Board in 2009 and 2010 and chairman of the Sporting Goods Industry Hall of Fame Committee from 2011-2014. • Flowers is the president of Athletic Supply, Odessa, TX. He began his career in sporting goods in 1968 at T&D Sporting Goods. He joined Athletic Supply in 1972 as a roadman and in 1973 he and others bought Athletic Supply; Flowers later acquired all company stock and has led the company from $500,000 to nearly $30 million in annual sales. Athletic Supply has 55 employees covering Texas and New Mexico and is now a major part of ASB Sports Acquisition, whose sales are approximately $100 million. The company expects to expand from Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma to a national footprint. Flowers also served two terms on the NSGA Board of Directors from 1993-98.
