PROJECT: Fishermans Watch, Swampscott, MA BUILDER: Groom Construction Co., Inc. ARCHITECT: Grazado Velleco Architects INTERIOR DESIGN: LDa Architecture & Interiors Groom Construction purchased the former Swampscott High School property located at 71 Greenwood Avenue to develop a high-end luxury condominium complex. The property will deliver 28 units, including penthouse suites with panoramic ocean views, first floor units equipped with Beacon Hill-style gardens, common rooftop entertaining area, workout facility and other amenities including underground parking. Fisherman's Watch is perched atop the highest elevation in a quiet neighborhood just one block from the town's picturesque harbor. The collection of 28 luxury boutique condominiums vary from two- to three-bedroom residences, each with its own unique layout, ranging from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet. The project was designed by Groom Construction and Grazado Velleco Architects with interior design work and finishes by LDa Architecture & Interiors and is slated for 2019 completion.
