The Pierce Boston Luxury Condos in the Heart of Fenway Of all the projects Oasis has completed in the Boston area, none has encapsulated the company's expansive capabilities more than The Pierce Boston. It's one of the most impressive new high-rises to dot the Boston skyline, and the project that won Oasis the Award for Glass Innovation from Glass Magazine. Oasis Specialty Glass worked with John Moriarty & Associates on the specialty glass design, fabrication a nd i nst a l lation for Fenway 's newest a nd t a l lest luxur y condo project. The approximately 370-foot tower is the tallest building in Fenway and one of the tallest buildings in Massachusetts, west of Back Bay. It features a fitness center, yoga studio and rooftop pool, plus 20,000 square feet of retail space at street level. The Pierce houses 240 apartments and 109 condos. Oasis worked with CBT interior designer Lois Goodell and her team to realize their vision for the project —a distinctive blend of urban sophistication, local artistry a nd boutique elega nce. The Oa sis tea m insta l led the Oasis brand frameless shower enclosures, water closets, interior entry systems, fixed partition walls, decorative glass wa ll cladding, back-pa inted glass backsplashes, f loor-to-ceiling mirrored wa lls, and the unique glass flooring and glass walls (featured in the private dining area). The result is a truly inspiring and unique living space that combines both style and elegance with safety and integrity. Fabricators With a Mission The greatest challenge of the Pierce project, and the one that delivered the award-winning result, was the glass floor and walls of the 30th floor dining area. The Blue glass partition and entrance to yoga studios made with 9/16" tempered laminate with blue/green interlayer, supplied by Lucid Glass Studio. All-glass entry systems and floor-to-ceiling mirrors installed by Oasis Specialty Glass. SPECIAL FEATURE 5 0 | Greater Boston Builder+Architect BOSTON.BUILDERARCHITECT.COM
