DIRECTIONS
Stir banana and vanilla into yogurt.
Alternate layers of berries, yogurt and cereal in a

personal history of cancer? If so, you are eligible
to enroll in the American Cancer Society���s
Cancer Prevention Study.
The goal is to enroll 300,000 adults
nationwide in this study, which will examine
effects of lifestyle, environment and genetics
on cancer risk. Your involvement ��� a baseline
survey and follow-up in years to come ��� will
help researchers better understand how to
prevent cancer.
