"Each year we choose a pair of women out of dozens of entries to receive headto-toe makeovers," says Joni Kiple, vendor and special events coordinator for South Dakota State Fair. "The makeovers have been a highlight of this event since the beginning, and we couldn't do it without the continued generosity of our makeover sponsors. These businesses take time from their busy schedules to make this a very special and enjoyable day for our winners." It all comes together on Saturday when a team of stylists gives winners the royal treatment. The big reveal happens on stage later in the day when the crowd gets to learn a little more about the winners. Afterward, they are swept away in a limousine with their family and friends for dinner at Ryan's Hangar Restaurant & Ace Lounge.
