As I get acclimated to my new home, I look forward to hearing from you. This is a challenging time for healthcare organizations in our area, and I am excited about how Health Quest is meeting these challenges. We have developed a commitment to quality and patient satisfaction that has resulted in becoming the most awarded healthcare system in our region, with Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center, Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Hudson Valley Home Care and Health Quest Medical Practice all receiving many accolades for quality and patient satisfaction. We have continued to grow our physician practices, adding Maverick Family Health and Hudson Valley Heart Center to Health Quest. We now have more than 105 physicians and nearly 20 locations where you can be seen. We are also continuing to upgrade our facilities. NDH is in the final regulatory approval phase for a plan that will provide all private beds and new surgical operating rooms. We are beginning to plan for a major upgrade in the facilities at VBMC as well. I want you to know that quality and patient satisfaction will continue to be hallmarks of Health Quest as we grow and expand to serve you better. You have entrusted us with you and your family's health care. We know we need to earn that trust every day, and we look forward to continuing to do just that.
