With a little forethought, you can help ER medical staff know how to better care for you by bringing the following lists: • Physician names and phone numbers. Carry a list of your regular physicians, including their specialties and phone numbers. • Current medications. Keep a current log of your prescription and over-the-counter medications handy, and include dosage amount and times taken. • Relevant medical problems. Write down food and drug allergies, chronic conditions, etc., and wear a medical alert bracelet that identifies vital health information in the event you are unable to communicate with ER staff. To get organized, call for our Emergency Information Card (ICE): (855) 245-8332. That's why at your local HCA Hospitals, we have three additional ways that can help you reach our ER immediately: ER TO : 23000 iTriage with the help waiting For more information or a FREE physician referral call, 954-724-9349 BrowardHospitals.com ER TO : 23000 iTriage with the help waiting For more information or a FREE physician referral call, 954-724-9349 BrowardHospitals.com iTriage isn't just an ordinary symptom checker app. It has a personalized section to track medications, store health records, and even help book office visits.
