I N G R E D I E N TS 2 heads caulifl ower 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. salt D I R ECT I O N S Preheat oven to 425°. Core caulifl ower and pull apart fl orets into popcorn-size pieces. In a large bowl, toss caulifl ower Popcorn pieces with oil and salt. On a rimmed baking sheet, arrange caulifl ower pieces in a single layer.
