Wi Ene • Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman is pleased to announce that the facility's Community Health Council garnered the humanitarian award from the Kaufman Chamber of Commerce. The Community Health Council was recognized for the child automobile safety initiative program. Council members collaborated with both the Kaufman and Terrell police departments on the car seat citation adjudication program and provided fever kits to Kaufman County. Pat Jackson accepted the award on behalf of the facility.
