The Associate of the Year Award was presented by Chip Poehnert, 2009 recipi- ent, and was awarded to Eileen Caplan, of Ferguson Enterprises. winners. n The 2009 recipient of the Remodeler of the Year award, Chuck Hall, presented this year’s honor to Tom Mitchell, of Mitchell Construction Group. The 2010 Builder of the Year honor was awarded to Bill Jenkins, Can-Four Corp.
