Like all allopathic physicians (or MDs), osteopathic physicians (DOs) complete four years of medical school and are licensed at the state level. Osteopathic medicine offers a unique focus on disease prevention and health maintenance. Instead of treating only specific symptoms or illnesses, doctors of osteopathic medicine regard and treat the body as an integrated whole. Dr. Lehman enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Amanda, and their two children have relocated to Huron from Joplin. Dr. Lehman is currently accepting new patients and no referral is necessary. For an appointment, call (605) 353-7660.
