After a stay in the hospital, you may need extra care to get you back to feeling your best. Our home health nurses are available around the clock to ensure you're on the path to recovery. Examples of home health services provided by our team include: • assisting with daily activities, such as bathing and grooming • providing catheter maintenance • monitoring and cleansing wounds to prevent infection and encourage healing • educating patients about chronic health conditions, such as diabetes and congestive heart failure • monitoring medication usage and providing education to patients and their caregivers • offering rehabilitation services to improve range of motion or speech • providing IVs for medication, hydration and nutritional purposes Did You Know?
