2 chofsa.org Dear Friends: With the holiday season upon us, thank you for taking time to read and enjoy Forever First. Likely new to most of you, I am Elias J. Neujahr, the President of the Children's Hospital of San Antonio. My previous home was in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where I helped guide Helen DeVos Children's Hospital to become a nationally ranked child care facility. My family and I are very excited to now call San Antonio home, and I am pleased to share this issue with you. I'm confident this Winter 2014 edition will provide a number of tips to truly enjoy this festive time of year, embrace moments spent together as a family, and help manage holiday season responsibilities. From ideas for handling the stress of the season to making New Year's resolutions (and sticking to them) with your children, you'll find suggestions to help make this a holiday season like none other.
