hamiltonhealth CEO Letter Dear Readers, I'm sure you've heard that our own Bradley Wellness Center (BWC) just celebrated its 25th birthday this month. This community should be very proud to have a facility of this caliber. When BWC opened its doors in 1986, most hospitals were in the business of taking care of sick people and gave little thought to trying to keep them well. Thankfully, the visionary leaders at Hamilton had the foresight and courage to build this state- of-the-art, 60,000-square-foot facility dedicated to promoting good health and fi tness. It was not only a radical move for a hospital at that time—it was a major investment in the well-being of the community. If you aren't familiar with BWC or haven't visited in a while, I invite you to stop by for a tour of the facility. There have been many upgrades over the past year, including much-needed renovations in the lobby area and locker rooms. But the primary mission of the center has remained the same since the doors opened—promoting good health and fi tness in this community in a non-threatening, family-friendly atmosphere.
