Quality Hometown Health Care Having a hospital close by when an emergency arises isn't a luxury – it's a necessity. When Pam Luckhurst, a longtime resident of Huron, had to visit the emergency room earlier this year, her experience with Huron Regional Medical Center meant she had no doubt she would be well taken care of. "When I come to HRMC, I know that my care will be top quality because I know the people who work here," says Luckhurst. While being hospitalized is rarely a pleasant experience, Luckhurst finds comfort in having healthcare providers who know her personally. "The staff really takes the time to make sure you understand what happens at each step and answer any questions you may have," Luckhurst says. "The reassurance I feel at HRMC is incredible. If they're good enough at three in the morning when you need an emergency room, they should be good enough at three in the afternoon for your procedure. They always have been for me." Consider what could happen if HRMC wasn't here, in town and available for every urgent healthcare need, and you had to waste precious time driving to the nearest healthcare facility. Thankfully, you don't have to. HRMC's doors are open all day, every day, for those times when you need us most. Our employees and physicians offer state- of-the-art medical care backed by a team of regional specialists whom we can connect with via advanced technology when the need arises. + +
