Expected to open in January 2019, this facility, with all single-bed patient rooms and the latest technology, will create an environment centered on care and healing that matches the talent of all our doctors, nurses and employees, who are dedicated to your well-being and recovery. Together with a new addition to Northern Dutchess Hospital, scheduled to open in early 2016, and a new Emergency Department being planned for Putnam Hospital Center, Health Quest will continue to maintain our preeminent position as the largest family of nonprofit healthcare providers in our region, dedicated to promoting health and wellness while serving the medical needs of our community. You deserve the best, and we constantly strive to be the best so you choose to continue receiving your care close to home from a Health Quest physician at a Health Quest facility. Also creating a buzz was our Get Fit Hudson Valley campaign. Enthusiastic participants enjoyed two scenic venues perfect for walking, running or biking: the Walkway Over the Hudson and the Putnam County Trailway. We hope the campaign was the start of a summer-long commitment to exercise and outdoor activities. Along with exercise, nutrition is important to healthy living. Please read our tips in this magazine and feel free to send us any healthy recipes you enjoy. Just email them to MyHealthQuest@health-quest.org. We may share them in future editions of My Health Quest magazine. Enjoy the summer and please remember, Health Quest is your partner in health and wellness and we consider it a privilege to serve and care for you. Sincerely, Luke McGuinness President and CEO Health Quest For inquiries or comments, please email myhealthquest@health-quest.org. e Northern Dutchess Hospital Foundation held its 16th annual Starlight Ball on June 13 at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck. is black-tie event honors those who significantly impact the hospital's growth and success and who contribute to the well-being of the community. e ball's honorees were Dr. Angela C.
