A DEDICATED TEAM The Family Clinic's team, devoted to serving patients, includes ve family medicine physicians, a registered nurse, and experienced medical assistants. For complex cases, physicians have the expertise of CHI St. Anthony Hospital's specialists readily accessible. "We have internal medicine, OB-GYN, orthopedic doctors, and other specialists to consult with our family medical doctors to elevate the level of care we can provide," Mike adds. "The Family Clinic utilizes these resources to foster a true team approach to best serve our patients." "We are available and accessible, and we provide networking and care coordination, which ts with our goal and mission as a faith-based organization," Mike says. "We've expanded our ability to see more Medicare and Medicaid patients, and we are working closely with Umatilla County about programs that can be benecial to patients, including transportation services, chronic disease management, and counseling." LOCAL CARE COORDINATION The Family Clinic has a dedicated care coordinator as a point of contact that can more eectively address each patient's needs. Walk-ins are accepted, and the Family Clinic can act in an immediate care capacity for stitches or setting a broken bone, expediting care to its in-house orthopedic surgeon when necessary. Patients may also call and make same-day appointments, so the Family Clinic can serve the primary care needs of its patients for regular exams and preventive care.
