Ingredients 1 Granny Smith apple with skin, chopped 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed ¼ cup orange juice 2 tablespoons light brown sugar 1 tablespoon margarine ½ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon nutmeg / cup raisins Directions • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. • Lightly grease 1-½ quart dish. • In small pot, combine all ingredients except apple and potatoes. Stir together over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. • In large bowl, combine sauce, apple, and potatoes. • Transfer to dish and put in oven. • Bake one hour or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
