THIS FRESH, CHUNKY salsa is the perfect garnish for grilled chicken or
fish. It also pairs perfectly with your favorite tortilla chips.
Ingredients
1 peeled pineapple, diced
1 mango, diced
½ medium-sized red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Juice of one lime
Dash of kosher salt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mango, red onion,
jalapeno, and cilantro.
Drizzle mixture with lemon and lime juices. Add salt.
Stir until the mixture is evenly coated with juice.
Serve immediately for the freshest version of this tangy topping.
