Words to LiveUp By T/F from client "Katie truly reects your high standard of customer service. Her professionalism exceeds anything I have seen for a long time. You have a valuable asset on your team, and her positive attitude is truly contagious to all around her." PATIENT LINDA RUTHERFORD LiveUP moment MERCY MEDICAL CENTERCENTERVILLE recently received a letter from patient Linda Rutherford, who took the time to tell us about her experience in our Rehabilitation Services Department. Linda described how outstanding Physical Therapist Katie Dykes is. "Katie is so compassionate and caring with her patients," Linda writes. "The education she provides is priceless because understanding 'why' you need to do something is more important than 'how' for so many reasons. "Katie truly reects your high standard of customer service," Linda continues. "Her professionalism exceeds anything I have seen for a long time. You have a valuable asset on your team, and her positive attitude is truly contagious to all around her." Thank you, Katie, for LivingUp every day — proving that Healing Is Forged in Amazing Service. Easy Ways to LiveUp Praise a co-worker for doing a great job. Support a friend facing a difficult time by sending a card, flowers or an encouraging message via social media. Thank a service worker, such as a mail carrier, police officer or firefighter, for his or her hard work and dedication. Read to a child. Help a neighbor with a chore. Give a loved one an unexpected gift. Physical Therapist Katie Dykes MERCY MEDICAL CENTERCENTERVILLE /// www.mercycenterville.org 7
