INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 bananas
1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1 to 1 ½ cups ice
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Place the lid on the blender.
Blend on medium for 1 to 2
minutes, or until the mixture
is smooth.
3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
Cover and refrigerate any
leftover smoothie for up to
four hours.
