Healthy Indulgence Seasonal summer fruits are delicious and packed with vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function at its nest. A few of our favorites during these warm weather months include: • Peaches—Grab a fresh peach and bite into a snack-sized treat lled with dietary ber, potassium, and vitamins A and C. • Strawberries—A cup of fresh strawberries is a juicy way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Plus, this ripe, red fruit is rich with vitamins A and C to boost the immune system. • Watermelon—Hydrate your body and add potassium and vitamin A when eating melons. Slice or cube this juicy, crowd-pleasing treat and serve at your next family gathering. These fruits are also delicious when served on top of Greek yogurt or coated with honey and tossed on the grill. Get creative and enjoy!
