APPLE-BANANA
SALAD
Ingredients
5 cups lettuce mix
2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
2-½ medium apples, sliced
¾ cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
For the Dressing
¹/

cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons paprika
Instructions
Whisk the dressing in a small bowl, and mix the salad
ingredients together in another bowl. Simply mix the
dressing in with the salad and serve!
