It has been an exciting few months for us at CHRISTUS St. Vincent, and I would like to share with you some of our latest news. In April, CHRISTUS St. Vincent welcomed two new leaders to our executive team. Together, Sunil Desai, M.D., FCCP, president, and Merri Murphy, COO, will direct the operation and development of our medical group's outpatient clinics. With their combined track record of achieving the highest quality care, we look forward to an exciting year ahead for our clinics and patients. In May, CHRISTUS St. Vincent broke new ground — first, with the oŒcial groundbreaking of our project to provide all private rooms for adult patients; and second, with the opening of our first retail outpatient pharmacy, located in the medical dental building on the hospital's main campus.
