The saying "Like Father, Like Son" is not one that you want cancer to apply to. Unfortunately
for Joel and Bryce Yelverton it did when they were diagnosed with the exact same type of
cancer, Hodgkins Lymphoma, 15 years apart. After being diagnosed with Lymphoma, Joel
went to St. Dominic's for his cancer treatment, and 15 years later Bryce was treated for the
same cancer at St. Dominic's. "Through God's grace, the expertise and support of the St.
Dominic's team, Bryce and I were able to beat cancer," Joel said. Joel and Bryce are now
cancer-free and back to enjoying college football game days together.
