Between work, caring for family and just living your life, you have a lot on your plate. Staying on top of your health shouldn't become an additional strain on your time. That's why Inspira launched the Healthcare Concierge service, which, in a single call, can help you: 1. Make an appointment. One call to the Healthcare Concierge allows you to book appointments for medical visits, tests or screenings at any Inspira facility with any Inspira doctor. 2. Find a specialist. If you need a specialist but don't know where to find one, the Concierge service can connect you with one who's conveniently located. 3. Get a question answered. Want to know where you can get a flu shot? Want to sign up for an Inspira-sponsored class or event? Healthcare Concierge can help you find what you need to stay healthy. 4. Talk to a nurse. A nurse is available to answer specific medical questions you may have. He or she will even follow up with you if you made an appointment through the Concierge service to see how you're doing and to help you access additional services you may need. 5. Get help — no matter what kind. The Healthcare Concierge service can help you find a solution at Inspira to whatever health problem you have. But if one isn't available through the Inspira network, the service will still help you find one, whether you need social services for an aging parent or a class to help manage stress. This service has already proved to be a boon to residents of South Jersey. Before the Healthcare Concierge service, approximately 700 calls per month were made to 1-800-INSPIRA. In October 2016, the Concierge received 22,300 calls. THE HEALTHCARE CONCIERGE IS AVAILABLE MONDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 7 A.M.–7:30 P.M. AND ON FRIDAY FROM 7 A.M.–6 P.M. She was patient with me while I was writing all the information down and made sure that everything was correct." — Comment from an independent customer service consultant WITH THE HEALTHCARE CONCIERGE, ALL OF INSPIRA HEALTH NETWORK'S SERVICES ARE JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY. 5 Reasons to Call the Concierge A Friendly Voice, a Spirit Lifted The call began as a routine rescheduling of an imaging appointment, not unlike many of the 1,000- plus calls a month that Inspira Healthcare Concierge Justin Rodriguez answers. The woman on the phone was helping out a sick loved one who had missed an appointment. After a new date and time had been arranged, the caller thanked Justin and shared that she had recently lost her husband of 30 years. "I want to thank you for being so friendly and personable on the phone," the caller said to Justin. In a brief phone call, Justin's warmth and professionalism had brightened the day of a local resident whose spirits needed lifting. "It made me feel really good about what I do," Justin said.
