Paying It Forward Taylor Schnitzler, Human Resources Representative at BellBank, recently gave CHI Friendship a wonderful gift: 40Visa gift cards valued at $50 each. The funds for the gift cards came from Bell Bank's "Pay It Forward" program, in which the bank gives all of its employees money they can donate to a charitable organization of their choice. "I wanted my donation to accomplish two things: inspire others to give and brighten someone's day," Taylor said. "I feel pretty condent that, in the hands of CHIFriendship, both of my wishes came true." Because the donations came in the form of Visa gift cards, the people we support have the exibility to use them as they need to, for example, to purchase medical supplies not covered by Medicaid or other state support programs. "I've really come to value CHI Friendship. The role they serve has become very near and dear to my heart," Taylor said. "It has been great to give back to such a deserving organization."
