As the CEO at CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System, I see how all of our associates play a part in patient care and our mission to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. The same can be said for our generous donors. Every gift, no matter the size, is valuable and makes a difference for our health system. This spirit of generosity is what my wife, Sybil, and I try to teach our three kids. We want to show our children at an early age that they can begin to make a difference. It may start out small, but it grows when we all work together. They are learning the value of helping others. It is because of you and your generosity that we are making a difference. The money you donate saves lives, it gives hope, it provides comfort. From the NICU to the CHRISTUS Cancer Treatment Center, the school-based health centers to Grace Home and every department and program in between, your donations are saving lives, giving families hope and even providing comfort during difficult times. I believe in leading by example, which is why I participate in the CHRISTUS Foundation Shreveport-Bossier Hour Club. I am always amazed by the associates who donate an hour of their paycheck every pay period back into our ministry. Their constant commitment is truly inspiring and humbling. I want to express my sincere gratitude to every single name listed in this Gratitude Report. I know you don't give back for the recognition, but because you are called to do so. Thank you for believing in this ministry and for living the CHRISTUS mission of extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. ISAAC PALMER CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER CHRISTUS SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER HEALTH SYSTEM Dear Friends,
