Veggie Appetizers
in Fun Shapes
Use cookie cutters and your favorite sliced veggies to
make this twist on a traditional veggie tray.

INGREDIENTS
4 whole-wheat tortillas
Non-stick cooking spray
8 tablespoons low-fat cream
cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 cups sliced vegetables
(broccoli, carrots, red
pepper, green onion, etc.)

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and
use cookie cutters to cut tortillas.
If cookie cutters are not available,
cut tortilla into triangles.
2. Place tortillas on a sprayed cookie
sheet, then bake for 15 minutes,
until golden brown.
3. Mix low-fat cream cheese with
garlic powder and vegetables.
4. After tortillas cool, spread cream
cheese onto each shape and
decorate with vegetables.
