LiveUP moment ROSE WAS REFERRING to Charlotte Arbogast, RN, who works in the Outpatient Infusion Center. When Rose came in the door of the Emergency Room and explained she was there for a test, Charlotte remembered Rose telling her about the issue several weeks earlier when she was in the Infusion Center. Charlotte insisted on getting her a wheelchair. She took her to the restroom and, when she left, delivered her directly to her car in the parking lot. "Kudos to Charlotte," wrote Rose. "I really appreciated the extra treatment. You certainly went above and beyond, and I wanted the hospital to know what a wonderful employee you are." Charlotte is an outstanding role model for the Mercy LiveUp value of Being Exceptional, Without Exception! We recently received a letter from patient Rose Schultz, who wrote, "It's refreshing in this day and age to know that there are still some people who go above and beyond a patient's expectation of them." 5 Quick Ways to LiveUP Today 1. Leave quarters at the car wash. 2. Welcome a new neighbor with a home-baked treat. 3. Find opportunities to give a compliment. 4. Oer to run an errand for an elderly friend. 5. Send thanks to active service members through military Facebook pages. Charlotte Arbogast, RN, strives to be exceptional every day when serving patients at Mercy Medical Center-Centerville.
