Dear Friends, It is incredible to believe we as Unity Health have reached the milestone of 50 years of service to our community. Having been here for a great deal of those years, it is my pleasure to share this special issue with you. In the pages that follow, you will find the history of our hospital and all the growth and change it has undergone throughout the decades. Learn the history of healthcare in Searcy and what brought citizens to our city in search of healing and help. See the structures that came before Unity Health and the renovations, expansions and updates each facility received. Read how our Foundation and Auxiliary became the fruitful organizations they are today and how you can continue to help Unity Health for years to come. I hope you will take the time to explore our history, remember your own yesterdays and think about how we can all look forward to a healthier tomorrow.
