This smoothie is refreshing and packed with nutrients
from spinach and fruits. Spinach is a powerhouse food,
high in nutrients such as vitamin K, vitamin A, calcium,
folate and iron. If you're looking for ways to consume
more vegetables, incorporating spinach into your
smoothies is a good place to start!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (EAS brand was used)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1
3 frozen banana
¾ cup frozen pineapple
1
3 cup frozen mango
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
