This Sudbury home was the company's first project to require a building permit, as John recalls. "It was our first client, we were
very excited and, like many jobs, the unexpected would unfold. When we filed for the permits, it was for a renovation with
three or four additions. But the coding and quality issues led to a complete teardown of the existing house, and on top of that,
a very aggressive deadline had to be met. Fortunately, it turned out to be a huge success, and that client is a friend to this day."
