INGREDIENTS 1 cup old-fashioned oats 1¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ¼ cup 2% plain reduced-fat Greek yogurt 2 Tbsp honey or pure maple syrup 1 Tbsp chia seeds 2 tsp freshly grated orange zest 1 tsp ground turmeric ¼ tsp cinnamon tsp salt OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: Berries (for sweet) Egg and crispy pancetta (for savory) INSTRUCTIONS Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide oat mixture into two bowls. Add toppings of choice.
