Little One Can’t Sleep?
While an occasional nightmare might interrupt your child’s sleep, if he or she is consistently struggling to get adequate rest all the time, it could be a sign of a bigger problem.
As kids grow, their sleep patterns change. What may not be unhealthy for an infant could be a sign of trouble for an older child. When considering whether or not your child may be suffering from a sleep disorder, think about his or her development.
