Dear Friends, The time has come to conclude our 50th anniversary year, and we are so grateful for you being a part of the celebration. In this issue, you will see how we have honored our hospital history and the ways we look forward to the decades to come. See the events on pages 4 and 5 that were special occasions for all who have been part of our story. On page 3, read about the many ways Unity Health helped to provide for the needs of our community. Through A Day of Caring, Special Olympics and Senior's Day at the Fair, we were pleased to teach others how to live health-centered and give of our time and talents. The Unity Health Foundation also celebrates its 20th anniversary year, and a recognition event was held to commemorate both our donors and those who have helped our Foundation flourish. View the event details on page 6. I want to thank each and every one of you for taking the time to share in the mission of Unity Health. We would not be celebrating 50 years without the support of our community, patients and families. We realize it takes everyone, and we are so appreciative for you all. I wish the happiest of holidays to you and yours. Yours in good health, Ray Montgomery President/CEO On the cover: Unity Health CFO Stuart Hill; VP of Patient Services LaDonna Johnston; Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Henderson; and President/CEO Ray Montgomery Giveaway Announcement Find the hidden bird in Wellness Today for your chance to win a $100 gas card.
