How We Measure
Our Success
While we live our mission of creating healthier communities
every day, we want to ensure that we've living it in the best
possible way. One way we measure our progress is through
our Living Our Mission Measures.
These nine measures provide a common definition of success
across our system; they are the centerpiece of performance
monitoring and management throughout CHI.
Positive results in each measure also advance us toward
becoming a higher performing organization. Learn more
