Let's Talk, Ladies Sat., April 14 7–11 a.m. At our first-ever women's health fair, hear a keynote speaker provide valuable tips to live a healthier lifestyle. We're also offering screenings, giveaways, health information and a free breakfast. Man Up! Sat., May 19 7–11 a.m. This will be the third year the KDH Foundation has hosted a men's health event. As in past years, our goal is to educate men about the importance of preventive care. Introducing Dr. Anthony Nigliazzo King's Daughters' Health is pleased to introduce Anthony Nigliazzo, MD, the newest member of our general surgery team. AS A GENERAL surgeon, Dr. Nigliazzo performs a wide variety of procedures, including colorectal surgeries and hernia repair. He has unique training in laparoscopic surgeries, minimally invasive procedures in which a small camera, or endoscope, allows the surgeon to operate through a very small incision. Before Dr. Nigliazzo attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, he worked as a firefighter paramedic for the Edmond (Oklahoma) Fire Department and was a special agent with the United States Secret Service field office in Oklahoma City. He completed his residency at Michigan State University and worked most recently as a general surgeon in Bluffton, Indiana. Dr. Nigliazzo is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons. He works with general surgeons Edward Kubek, MD, and Russell Gornichec, in the KDH Main Campus Medical Building at 1373 East SR 62 in Madison. ■ ■ Dr. Nigliazzo is accepting new patients.
