Robb said he will mark that anniversary with a "CELEBRATE JOYPOWER" on June 30, 2018 and by spreading her ashes at the first few mile markers. He was searingly honest and infec- tiously optimistic. He had a huge, open heart. He made anyone in his circle feel uplifted, and no situation ever existed where there wasn't the possibility of a laugh," wrote his friend and colleague Bob Howells.
