Corporation d/b/a STABIL, the maker of
STABILicers, Stat-A-Rest and STABIL
Turf performance footwear traction
products.

with the transaction, Implus will
maintain STABIL's sales operation

fulfillment transitioning to Implus'
headquarters in Durham, N.C.
STABIL will operate as a subsidiary
of Implus, which is majority owned by
Berkshire Partners, a Boston-based
investment firm. STABIL represents
the seventh acquisition for Implus since
Berkshire's investment in the company
in April 2015.
Cross Training with Swiftwick
The new Flite XT sock from Swiftwick targets
the cross training market. The medium cushion,
moderate compression sock features GripDry
Fiber and Ankle Lock Technology. It is designed
to grip the inside of the shoe with micro treads to
offer better traction for high intensity workouts
and lateral movements. A full Olefin footbed
