Ted@matabopub.com 330-313-1525 ............................................... @MDNewsCLECAK Last issue we highlighted Summa Health and how that organization has been experiencing a string of successes. And, we are happy to report, that trend continues. In this issue, we learn about the Summa Health Women's Institute, where a multidisciplinary team is able to provide nearly every form of care that women may need throughout their whole lives. With services from early female reproduc- tive development to addiction, pregnancy, LGBTQ-specific issues, gynecologic cancer, menopause and every other health concern in between, the team of physicians and clinicians have created a comprehensive, robust women's health care environment. And, though we touch on it quickly in our news section, Summa Health has announced a new behavioral health facility coming in 2022, and we will have more details on that, and Summa's recent approval to restart emergency medicine physician training in an upcoming edition. This issue also gives evidence of Northeast Ohio's leader- ship in healthcare; physicians at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center completed the first procedure in the world using Medtronic's new Evolut™ PRO+ TAVR System. Guilherme Attizzani, MD, Director, Valve and Structural Heart Disease Center, and Cristian Baeza, MD, cardiac surgeon, both with the UH Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute, performed the procedure. As always, there's more inside that keeps you up to date on your peers and their progress. Keep sending us your ideas for new stories — we appreciate your input and hope you are enjoying the changes to editorial content. Ted DiFiore
