END INSIGHT sportsinsightmag.com 34 • Sports Insight November/December 2019 WHAT'S NEW? WHAT'S HOT! READY FOR THE SPOTLIGHT… New Balance / All Terrain NB is flexing its heritage with the new outdoor-inspired All Terrain collection. The seasonal outdoor collection brings what the brand describes as "a meticulous approach to construction, technology, fit and fabrication as well as style," enabling it to double as an on-trend lifestyle collection. The inaugural collection launched this month with the 850 All Terrain and Hierro v5 footwear styles, along with coordinating apparel. The North Face / Active Trail Featuring The North Face's breathable-waterproof technology FUTURELIGHT, the Active Trail collection includes footwear and apparel that fuses function and form, with fun silhouettes that shine on a trail, at the gym or around town. Pictured here is the Arque Active Trail Futurelight Jacket — designed to be a perfect choice for active days on the trail. This $229 pullover is a modern take on the more traditional full-zip silhouette and is made from a 100 percent recycled nylon-polyester blend. Nike / ACG First launched in 1989, Nike ACG was ahead of its time as an athletic and outdoor streetwear hybrid pushing trends in the 90s before fading away. Relaunched in small batches over the past five years, Nike's ACG label is again on-trend as a multitude of athletic brands are dipping their toes in the outdoor heritage street style game. Nike ACG's's Holiday line includes the ACG Gore-Tex Jacket, ACG Primaloft Hooded Jacket and ACG Primaloft Trail Paint.
