Oneida Health and Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, an NCI-designated cancer center located in Buffalo, New York, have teamed up to develop Oneida Health Cancer Care, a service line aimed at bringing high-quality services to patients with cancer in Central New York. The most recent — and one of the most exciting — products of this partnership is the development of the Dorothy G. Griffin Radiation Oncology Center, which opened to the public in June 2019. The Dorothy G. Griffin Radiation Oncology Center is a 6,000-square-foot center overseen by the center's full-time Medical Director, Shilpa Vyas, MD, a fellowship-trained, board-certified, Roswell Park-affiliated radiation oncologist. With this type of investment in technolog y and talent, Oneida Health continues to stand out in the CNY healthcare landscape.
