PROJECT: Daybreak Cottage, Coastal Massachusetts
The home is named "Daybreak" for the beautiful
sunrises seen from this private spot full of natural
beauty, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This is one of
the first homes built by Walter Beebe-Center.
This seaside cottage is located near "Daybreak"
and is owned by Walter Beebe-Center and his
family. Walter restored the cottage and built
the little guest house. The tall flagpole was
made by his brother Horton, who felled the
trees and milled the spars by hand, a craft he
learned during his career as a traditional sailing
ship captain.
