Our lives have changed, and our homes are now our offices. We can't socialize like we love to, but we are still fortunate to live in America. I always have a song in my heart. One of them will always be "God Bless America." The flag is to be revered and cherished. Keep a positive and winning spirit, and we WILL make it through it all. My heart goes out to those who are among the less fortunate who have lost their livelihoods and loved ones. If you are one of the many individuals serving on the frontlines of this crisis, you are a true hero. We thank you for your courage and sacrifice. The good news is, "Builders are seeing strong traffic and lots of interest in new constr uction a s existing home inventor y remains lean," says NAHB chairman Chuck Fowke. "Moreover, builders in the Northeast are benefiting from demand that was sidelined during lockdowns in the spring. Low interest rates are also fueling demand, and we expect housing to lead an overall economic recovery." Everyone I talk to is busy! I love the water, fishing, boating, nature and going on the photo shoots. It was a joy to get to see one of the first homes Walter built and to get to feature it in his cover story. Walter has done it all and keeps his enthusiasm and exceptional craftsmanship team working to make sure his clients' dreams can become a reality.
