The team, headed by Patrick Corrigan and his wife, Karina, oversees every aspect of the build, including: preconstruction, home design, planning and permitting, cost estimating and budgeting, construction management, project scheduling, and project f inish. Unlike operations at some behemoth construction firms, Pat is closely involved in every aspect of the build or renovation, starting at the outset in collaboration with the architect and engineer.
