This is the biggest draw for Pat—meeting and working with new folks all the time. "I love to hear them share their stories and design thoughts," he said. The challenge is to then translate those thoughts into vision and vision into reality, to "suit their families' needs." Pat is a family man himself, proud dad of three children he shares with Karina. He came to find his calling by way of his father who was also a builder. Before that would happen though, Pat would be drawn to design. Feeling a longing to build on a smaller scale but with the same exacting detail, Pat would enroll in design classes and take up furniture crafting. Eventually, this would bring him to construction. Pat 's fa mily spent most of his childhood in Ireland, but he would come to the states in the late eighties for a short stint before returning to Europe to found his first construction company. The company focused primarily on hotel builds as well as large-scale residential projects in Asia and Europe. Pat applies his vast building knowledge amassed over a 35-year career both in the commercial and residential sectors to his every undertaking at Corrigan Luxury Homes. It is that dedication to task and to each homeowner that has earned him their respect and repeat business. Karina's background in sales and marketing takes a backseat, given the company's robust referral business.
