In this issue, we visit our friends at NSPC, where neuroen-
dovascular specialists are providing tailored treatments
for a variety of rare conditions. Not content to perform
demanding and precise procedures, these physicians
have instituted an ongoing program to track and manage
patients with aneurysms and other serious endovascular
conditions in the community.
Our special clinical section on oncology reports on a
fascinating new cancer test, Galleri. In trials, Galleri
detected more than 50 cancer types with 97% accuracy.
However, the most suitable clinical applications remain
to be determined. A separate article reports on efforts
to develop a new CAR T-cell therapy using the blood of
generic donors, rather than patients. And as long as we're
still in the COVID-19 era, oncologists will need to take
extra factors into account, as the legal experts at Martin
