The Upstate Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Center is accepting new patients with confirmed or suspected MS, as well as other neuroimmunological diseases. Our program is unique in Central New York. It is designed to support each patient for the multidisciplinary needs associated with MS, including a new infusion center, medication management, specialty pharmacy services, nutrition guidance, physical therapy, urology support, social work services and consideration for clinical trials. The Center also treats other demyelinating diseases — transverse myelitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, neuromyelitis optica — and related disorders, such as sarcoidosis, vasculitis and CNS auto-immune diseases. TO REFER YOUR PATIENT OR CONNECT WITH THE CENTER, PLEASE CALL 3154647328. EXPANDED SERVICES FOR MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS PROVIDERS ARE MS CERTIFIED OR FELLOWSHIP TRAINED.
