WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION In response to the tennis boom of the 1970s, Fromuth Fine Arts, as it was known at the time, started carrying items people were looking for to get into the game: racquets, balls, and strings. Over time, tennis overwhelmed the art shop, and Fromuth Tennis was born. Fromuth Tennis is now rebranded as Fromuth Racquet Sports. The family-owned company employs more than 70 people who focus on key areas of business including purchasing, sales, marketing, website development, customer service, warehouse management, and retail operations. On a busy day, UPS trucks are lined up outside the 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse waiting to load more than 800 packages and deliver them to pro shops, clubs, specialty shops, and teams across the United States. RETAIL & E-COMMERCE In addition to operating a retail storefront that is attached to its warehouse in West Lawn, PA, Fromuth manages operations, staffing, and merchandising for the USTA National Campus Pro Shop and Racquet Bar in Lake Nona, FL. Fromuth launched its first direct-to-consumer e-commerce website dedicated entirely to pickleball - fromuthpickleball.com - in May 2020. CUSTOM APPAREL SERVICES Fromuth's in-house Customization and Embellishment Department offers embroidery and screen-printing services. The customization team has embellished thousands of products for their partners, including the United States Davis Cup Team, USTA Staff, Pro Pickleball Association, and professional pickleball players AJ Koller and Dekel Bar.
